As an author, educator, counselor, life coach, and speaker, my mission is to empower individuals like you to discover your purpose, heal, and grow with confidence and clarity. With a Christ-centered approach, I offer personalized coaching and counseling to help you unlock your God-given potential, navigate challenges, and step boldly into the life you are designed to live. I can help you rewrite your story and carve out a great future.
A little about me: I grew up near Jamaica, New York (so I jokingly call myself a "Jamaican"—but not exactly!). I've been in South Florida since 1974, so this definitely makes me an honorary Floridian. Florida is beautiful and the place I truly love. I have one beautiful and brilliant daughter, a great son-in-law, and three remarkable grandchildren.

My background includes doctoral work in Clinical Psychology from S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook, a doctorate in Higher Education from Nova Southeastern, along with an M.A. in Counseling. I'm also a Certified Addiction Prevention Professional (C.A.P.P.), a certified Life Management and Life Coach, a TeleHealth Mental Health Provider, and an ordained minister. These experiences, along with my many other certifications, allow me to offer an approach that's not only grounded in expertise but also deeply personal and faith-based.
